After I launch ConsultComm 3.1.1, I select a charge item and press "Start". The counter increases until it reaches 0:00.07 and stops. If I press "Start" again after that and everything works fine. This issue did not occur with 3.0.x.
I would wager that it's due to the auto-away plugin... it's probably malfunctioning. If you could, try removing it from your plugins/ directory and see if that helps the problem. You can also try disabling the plugin in the options menu.
If that seems to work, then I'll dig deeper into that Timeout plugin.
