#165 add JACK status support

JACK (jackd) is system for handling real-time, low latency audio (and MIDI). http://jackaudio.org/
It is used a lot for proaudio (and video) experts.

JACK can display things as cpu load, DSP load, realtime usage, JACK Transport status, amount of xruns, amount of Hz etc.

It would be cool to have in conky!
