#4113 When refresh and new,have a error!

hello:

I test with 253b.

I new a shipment and save,don't close the window as A.
then a open another shipment window as B,I select
and edit the document added in A,for example add some
words into "description" field.then close B.
I return to A,click "refresh" button,and click "new"
button, error displayed:not a new documentment waiting
to input,but another document!

why,

waiting you help.
