#4101 duplicate an accounting schema : file not found

I want to duplicate an accounting schema

1 ) From Accounting Schema Window
2 ) I insert new value : Name, gaap, cost type, tax
correction
3 ) I tick on Create Gl/Defaut for duplicating from
existing accounting schema then I chose the current
Accounting Schema

4 ) The following message displays : NotFound Target
C_acctschema_element.

With 252g version, I made this operation with
succeful.

Is it a bug ?

did you define elements for hte new accounting schema as
the error is that it could not find the elements
