#520 GL Distributions - sum to zero% should also be allowed

GL distributions requires that the distributions sum to
100%.

Can this be modified so that summing to zero% is also
allowed.

I can the create a distribution rule for an account
called (say) "Salaries" which has two lines:
debit.. Workers Compensation Insurance 5%
credit.. Workers Compensation Liability -5%

... and not get 2 debits and 1 credit in the salaries
account for every transaction in the salary acount.

This would also be useful If you are in a country where
employee fringe benefit tax applies. You can then
automatically debit the fringe benefits tax expense and
credit the fringe benefits tax liability accounts
whenever an expense is put to a Charge such as "other
benefits expense".
