#1678 Payment Allocation with multi-currency

I had a problem with payment Allocation with
multicurrency i have an invoice in USD and a payment in
EUR which converted in USD its exactly the same that
the Invoice so i select them to make the Allocation, an
i got as a Difference ZERO, so i process it ,
everything its fine until now, but when i want to
allocate another payment i am still having the EUR
payment with an open qty.

i am going to attach two screenshots.

I get the following error when selecting Multi Currency
java.lang.NullPointerException
at java.math.BigDecimal.compareTo(Unknown Source)
at org.compiere.apps.form.VAllocation.loadBPartner
(VAllocation.java:314)

Problem with function currencyConvert() and sqlj
infrastructure.Should be OK now (does not say that the
orifinal issue is ok)

I can now see the payments and do not get the error.
However, when I have selected the payment and invoice and
the difference is 0 the process button is not enabled
