I'm running comix under Ubuntu, and the recent files list is shared between GTK apps, so e.g. if I use file-roller to unzip some file, that file will then appear on the recent files list in comix - even though that zip file doesn't contain any images and I never used comix to open it.
I was wondering if there is a way to remove the list of files in the open recent menu under Files?
Thanks

Wether you want to clear the list momentarily, or permanently disable it, here's how to do it:

I hope that helps.
