#2 Remove org.eclipse.sdk dependency

The manifest.mf file contains a dependency on
org.eclipse.sdk (under Require-Bundle). This dependency
is not required and prevents loading the plugin in an
Eclipse distribution that does not have org.eclipse.sdk
included.
