#145 cvs annotate does not work

Using the "Team>Show annotation" command on a file managed by the Colorer Editor does not work.
To work around this problem, I have to right-click on the file name in the Explorer View and select "Open with>Text Editor" and then "Team>Show annotation" works.

I'm using EclipseColorer 0.8.0 on Galileo.
