#146 Netscape can't use PlacelessTranslationService

With PlacelessTranslationService and Netscape 7
configured to fr-fr first you have Plone (in my case)
in en.

To send accepted-language Netscape use space :

Mozilla : "fr-fr;fr;en-en;en"
Netscape : "fr-fr; fr; en-en; en"

I patch PlacelessTranslationService to use strip()
