Is it possible to have drag and drop functionality in the threaded discussion tool?

And also, is it possible to have an option that allows Students more rights in this tool, like 'move discussion branch to', 'Copy Discussion Branch', 'Paste Discussion Branch' etc, essentially give the student the same rights as the teacher, in certain circumstances.

I guess this would emerge as something like 'Allow reorganisation by Teacher, Author, Everybody'

In the interim though, just enabling the 'Cut' function would also be useful, and in addition to 'Move discussion branch to' a 'Copy discussion Branch to' would be useful
