After extracting a given text is there a way to replace it with another text?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to replace/substitute extracted text with another text of choice; I had a quick glance at the TextHighlightSample and the text extractor seems to return the co-ords of the extracted text which does not help for substitution.

Is there a way to achieve this currently with PDFClown?
