#21 Secure wiping
Not really a backup feature, but it would at least make many things easier. Sometimes you want to clean your hdds/partitions securely, before restoring an image.
I think it would make sense to implement an extra cleaning function, which erases the partitions by overwriting and filling with random data.
Actually some of the programs come with Clonezilla live, e.g. the programs "wipe" or "shred"...
So it's not a problem to do so. The question is, where is the best to run this function...
Of course one of the possibilities is we can add an option to "wipe" the data before restoing the image to the partition...
