I am trying to restore a disk that I cloned last night to a new computer. Every time I try I am getting at the computer I am trying to restore.

sulogin: root account is locked, starting shell

what log in is it asking for? At the shell I am logged in as root. I went through both beginners and advance modes and did not find where to set a log in for the server that has the disk on it.

Sorry for the misspells I am in a rush.

Could you take a photo about the whole screen?
It's easier for us to understand.

    Steven.

This is weird... Which version of Clonezilla live did you use?
Did you use CD or USB flash drive to boot that?
Any other version of Clonezilla live on your hard drive?
BTW, when you see that screen, please run:
    cat /proc/cmdline
    and post the results.

    Steven.
