I am new to these forums so please bear with me. I am about to send in my laptop to get repaired and there is a slight chance that my system will be completely reformatted. Therefore, I was wondering if I'd be able to use Clonezilla to restore my computer in its original state (system settings, software, data files, etc.).

F.Y.I. I am running Windows XP Professional if that matters.
It should work fine. Just remember to save the whole disk, not just one partition (even if you have only one partition).
