#5 Fix to jar paths in java_antlr.py

This is pretty much the same fix that other guy did in Lua but for the java file.

Grab the path relative from the scripts location rather than assume current directory.

The path in the current codebase will fail in many cases. I noticed it because I had clonedigger installed though pip
