Dort wo Umlaute ausgegeben werden wird in der
Formatierung ein Zeichen
zu viel berücksichtigt, z.B.

I fixed it for the output of the wide and ewide commands as well in cvs.
The e (etc) commands were already fixed a while ago. Incoming and outgoing
messages may still be wrong, though.
