Finally had a chance to review this. Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce your error. As you can see in attached screenshot, the modules within each namespace are being correctly put into tables. If you send me your demo source files I can try to see what I get with those. Also, have you modified the template at all...? And finally, please provide the command invocation exactly as you entered it.
When building an API document using multiple name spaces, the modules isn't put in tables.
(Seems that only one attachement is supported...)
