How do i get my programs to show (all programs) like Windows 7 instead of in a folder

I have went to settings and picked the Windows 7 but it keeps showing all my programs in folders like the old Windows styles. The Windows 7 i had didn't have programs listed in folders it just had all the programs listed in order.
