#288 Missing [+] before drives in the scan selection tree

The file system tree displayed in the main ClamWin dialog box is somewhat confusing. It would be nice to enable [+] before every drive (A:,C:,...). It took some extra time for me to figure out that not only the whole drive can be scanned, but individual folders too. Placing that [+] should make it clear that there is something (individual files and folders) to choose from under the drive icons.
