#191 Alert when installation is outdated

Right now ClamWin updates the virus database every
night, and when it checks it checks to see if the
binaries are outdated... but you can only see if
they're outdated by looking at the virus database
update log. When the virus database is updated, and the
machine's binaries are outdated, there should be at
least the option to alert that the binaries are
outdated and a link to download the latest release.

Agreed. As a fairly new user, I did not know this was the
case until I happened to be playing around and performed a
manual update of the virus definitions. I saw this error
message saying my version was out of date.

To be honest, I still do not know if this means the latest (or
best) virus definitions are still available on the old version or if
the upgrade was required for me to be the most secure.

I created a doap file on the server. Hopefully we can use
this to examine if there is a newer version (even detecting
a new localization).

In short, It is on the todo list guys ;-)
