#367 ClamWin shouldn't scan quarantine folder

Hello,

ClamWin shouldn't scan the quarantine folder, because that are still checked files which are detected als malware.

I get emails like this:
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users.clamwin\quarantine\infected.search[2].php.000.000.000.000.000.000.000: Trojan.Downloader-2388 FOUND
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users.clamwin\quarantine\infected.search[2].php.000.000.000.000.000.000.000: moved to 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users.clamwin\quarantine\infected.search[2].php.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000'
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users.clamwin\quarantine\infected.search[2].php.001.000.000.000.000.000: Trojan.Downloader-2388 FOUND
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users.clamwin\quarantine\infected.search[2].php.001.000.000.000.000.000: moved to 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users.clamwin\quarantine\infected.search[2].php.001.000.000.000.000.000.000'

It must scan it as some virus could hide there otherwise.
It just shouldn't report NEW infections there and not rename the files further.
