Display the technology advisor, and then no interface was loaded.
I am playing in windowed mode. I check if there is a mod to load in the advanced menu, but no "bug" or related name was found.
After uninstalling the mod, the problem was solved...
Moreover nor the launcher nor the help worked in the start menu.

Can you post the contents of Logs/PythonErr.log and Logs/PythonDbg.log after trying it again? Make sure you are running at least BTS 3.13.
