#13 Blank window

I downloaded the PHP manual and tried to use CHMOX to view it.
The file php_manual_notes.chm views fine but php_manual_en.chm
is blank. I tried viewing different areas of the manual via the Content
drawer but everything I tried to view was blank.

I'm using MacOS X 10.3.8.

The cause is cross-chm URL. The php_manual_en.chm doc has URL
pointing to the php_manual_notes.chm doc.
This is not supported yet by Chmox.

Try the other version of the PHP documentation as a workarround.
