#546 STM32F4xx USB CDC malfunctioning.

What I do:
Build teshal application and flash it in discovery board. Plug USB to my desktop PC.

What expected:
Detection of connected USB device by OS.

What I observe:
No USB activity at all. No errors detected by ChibiOS.

Additional information:
2.6.7 version affected too.

The demo targets a different board: Olimex STM32-E407. The USB examples under ./demos target the discovery.
