When there is no "finally" following the catch-LITERAL
in the sourcefile as demonstrated in the attached file,
the RightCurlyCheck does not complain about another
expression on the line with the closing } even though
the test should do to ("alone").

It's funny, I've found that the check test right curly
BEFORE the literal it'sregistered. IMHO it is not a good
idea, will try to find out why so.
I have rewritten the check (a bit :) and committed changes to
cvs for 4.2. Unfortunately, there is no attachments to verify
that my changes helps to submitter :(
