#92 Use of OBSOLETE status for bad ChEMBL links

There are currently a number of links to ChEMBL from the ChEBI curator tool which do not work due to the ChEMBL entry having been downgraded, The resulting ChEMBL page displays the error message "Sorry, your compound identifier did not match any records". In such cases the status of the ChEMBL accession no. in the ChEBI curator tool should be changed automatically within the database to OBSOLETE. (This is a similar situation to that which already occurs following a KEGG update when an entry in KEGG has been removed from their database.)
