Chadwick 0.2.0 planning

With 0.1.0 finished, Chadwick has now reached a level where it can be used for the academic project I had in mind when I started to build it.. So, I will likely not do much in the coming weeks toward expanding the existing public code.

However, at some point I do want to embark upon a new minor release. What will be in that release depends a good bit on what people would find useful. Some possibilities:

* Play-by-play generation program. (Almost certainly should be included; not very difficult)
* Boxscore generation program. (Again, almost certainly; this will likely not exactly parallel the existing Retrosheet boxscore program, but aim more towards HTML output and expanded boxscore features perhaps.)
* Statistics generation.
* An entry program. (Most likely, an initial version would be curses/conio.h based.)

A graphical interface to tools would be nice, but probably would not appear until 0.3.0, because (a) I would prefer to have the engine working quite well before embarking on an interface, as I've seen way too many scorebook-type programs that have lots of interface, but are buggy or inflexible, and (b) any GUI would need to be cross-platform, which raises some design questions.

In any event, the future development of the code will depend on what applications seem to be most in-demand, as measured by people contacting me with suggestions. :)
