It seems that cyberlink respons to all
M-SEARCH broadcasts, regardless of the ST-field
in the HTTP-requests.
In my humble opinion, it should only respond
when ST is "upnp:rootdevice", "ssdp:all" and
other relevant searches (dependent on
services offered by device.). However I don't
know the UPnP standard that well...
