If job(block) task(s) produces an errors, server moves host to the error host list. By default if the same host produces more than 3 errors, it became "avoid" host.
So you problem source that a task command process finishes with an error (non zero exit code).
To see task command you can double click a task in AfWatch job tasks list.
To see task command process output you can use RMB menu on a task and choose "Output" menu item.
