#36 Installation and running issues on different app servers(log

Hi there,
The reference example installs and runs fine on Tomcat,
however building on different app servers gave different
problems.
First trial was with ATG Dynamo 6.0, pretty much
followed the tutorial except for the following:

- Added all jar files under lib directory of a j2ee
application which the manifest is loads at startup.

The Application starts up and I see the Cewolf servlet
printing the startup log to console.

First, the call to the servlet using the 'state' param
throws and exception complaining about a missing img
tag, instead of logging the servlet state.

Secondly, using the tutorial, the rendering of the jsp
page displays a broken image, with console of the app
server throwing a working about img tag missing the
publich setters and getters.
