#27 Add Support for StackedXYAreaChart

JFreeChart supports Stacked Charts for both Category
Data sets (with the StackedAreaRenderer) and
XYTableDatasets (with the StackedXYAreaRenderer).
Cewolf currently only supports the Category Data sets.
This request is for adding support for XYTableDatasets
to cewolf also (by adding "stackedxyarea" to the
possible values for the type attribute of the chart tag).
