#114 FR: Ask for confirmation before bringin Master Server down

As of now there is no confirmation if a Master server
for a IID is made down. There should be confirmation
message saying this is a Master Server would like to
proceed?

Even better if it asks for a new master server and
makes that server as Master Server for IID in context
automatically after providing the server name.
