True group calendaring is needed. The ability to add activities to a group
calendar (possibly automatically based on rules or who is creating the
activity) is desirable. Users should be able to choose (and also be able
to make Centraview remember as a default) which calendars are
overlayed onto their personal calendar.
Workarounds exist but are painful and error prone - for example
forgetting to invite a special "calendar" user to a meeting.
