#77 Create proposal and add items bug

go to Sales > Opportunity Detail > New Proposal

After naming the proposal, a user clicks Add Items, and
the screen refreshes, but the user has to click Add
Items again to actually add items.

User should only have to click Add Items once, and then
start adding items.

Clicking add items before you save the proposal now opens the Add Item
lookup window. The user does not have to click Add Items twice anymore.
