#58 Allow finer subdivision of planetographic grid
The spacing of meridians and parallels in the planetographic grid is limited right now. The feature should be improved so that the spacing can get as low as 1 second or less, as is permitted with sky grids. Fast visibility testing for planetographic grids is complicated by the fact that planets and moons may be triaxial ellipsoids.
