#147 "Mark Features" is obsolete

Chris,

as we already discussed in Noordwijk, the option "Mark Features" in "Render" -> "Locations" is obsolete (at least in the windows version). But this option is still available (and still useless) in 1.5.0pre5.

I assume that you simply forgot, so this is just a reminder.

I just checked in a fix to the Win UI file that removes this checkbox.
