I can confirm the stack dump on two more other systems
running W2K. The stack dump appears when using the 1.1.4 or
1.1.5 downloaded from the files section.

I was not able to get a full stack trace from the debugger
as I was unable to setup a build environment.

Hey, this went away when I installed the ASPI layer (hacked
to install on systems without Adaptec cards)

May be same bug as 454118, this submitter just has a clue
about the meaning of the error message. And also knows
how to save a Windows 2000 stack dump (which is a nice
text file with hex addresses, stack traces and disassemply
of the specific code dereferencing the bad pointer). XP and
later are useless XML / hex mixes with no documentation outside
    Redmond, CA.

    Friendly, jbj@image.dk
