Fixes the two recent regressions.
I cannot confirm this fixes things (yet):
Failed tests: StereocentersTest.carbon_v4_neutral:74->bicoordinate:725->test:736 C(=C)=C was not accepted Expected: is <Bicoordinate> but: was <None>
Because the main/test code is separate?
