#5 Remove Time to complement Insert Time

I have a couple of cdgs that are ahead of where I want them to be, and with a bit of judicious editing (one just needs the first command dropped from 00:01:00 to 00:00:00 to be perfectly in sync) I'd be able to fix them, but I need a command that can subtract time just like the insert time adds it.
