I can managed to install and run cclfox-0.7.0 on my gentoo box.
I am now learning from this forum on how to install win32 cclcfox executable on my windowsxp box.
I concluded that the win32 client version is a cclcfox-0.7.0.
I hope somena can help me to create locale for my own language, so that both server and client can have my own language and my own country currency symbol.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
go to edit the sources: cclfox-0.7.1/po/cclfox.pot and save as "locale_iso_name".po (with example kbabel), ad your "locale_iso_name" to LINGUAS (example es ro en), msgfmt "locale_iso_name".po >"locale_iso_name".gmo
if you configure with other --prefix as /usr then:
cp "locale_iso_name".gmo /usr/share/locale/%path_of_your_locale%(may be "locale_iso_name")/LC_MESSAGES/"locale_iso_name".mo
for different distributives this PATH'es may be different, see your locales difinitions. Other options you must edit in the sources.
In the windows you will be other way edit the binary file client cclcfox with Restorator :)
