#82 Update Cache-Descripton/Spoilers/Logs

would be nice to have an option to update cache-description/spoilers and logs for the current activated cache.
for example:
The GPX/PQ were imported four weeks ago ...
now u r on ur qay to simple "drive-in" ...
now u update this cache, in order to get safe, to have an actual description, hints, spoilers and logs ...

would be an nice feature to do this without re-importing a complete PQ ...
