#79 Missing DB Convert checkbox

Issue with Multi-DB support.
While choosing an older database version at Cachbox start (Trunk 557) Cachbox offers to convert the old DB-structure to the new database-structure. All is working as designed.
If Cachebox is already running and i choose an older database via the menue "DB -> Manage" Cachebox won´t ask for converting the old database, it just vanishes from screen ...
DB-version check and convert offer is missing in the DB changing procedure.
