#13 Error Couldn't convert video file

I have used the program successfully to download and convert to MP3 format. On a particular video I get failed to convert video file when try to convert to a 96KB mp3 file. I have also tried to covert to a video file and I get the same message, Are these specially encoded files? Looks like a professional video. No file is left in the designated directory. Thanks! Very good product. Running on Fedora 11.
