#3 Import CSV plugin v0.2

This is the second release of my Buddi plug-in to allowing the importing of
transactions in the form of CSV files. It's very basic at the moment (no
default category selection, no duplicate transaction filtering, etc...) and
has only been tested with a somewhat limited number of CSV formats.

If it doesn't work for you, please send me at least the first few lines of
your CSV file (open it up in Notepad; you can change private info you don't
want me to see as long as you keep things consistent) and I'll update the
plugin to work with it.

This plug-in requires Buddi v2.1.13 or higher.

- now more efficiently updates the UI while adding transactions (less flashing now)
- fixed the bug where expense transactions where erroneously assigned to income categories
- improved the robustness of the CSV parser, especially with layouts that don't have headers (using statistical analysis now to identify columns)
- works now with files from Wells Fargo and Bank of America
