#38 Driver does not work at Win8+

Driver do not work on Windows 8 and later systems because of the dxapi.sys dependance (it is possible to make it work to copy the dxapi.sys from Windows7 to system32 folder, but with later systems this will not work anymore?)

It turns out that
DxApi functions and other XDDM driver functions will not run on Windows
8 and later computers. Here is the language we provide elsewhere in the
documentation to describe the limitations:

"Note XDDM and VGA drivers will not compile on Windows 8 and later
versions. If display hardware is attached to a Windows 8 computer
without a driver that is certified to support Windows Display Driver
Model (WDDM) 1.2 or later, the system defaults to running the Microsoft
Basic Display Driver."
