#33 PAL60 wrong settings

The resolution parameters for PAL60 in the
BtAnalogStream.cpp source file are the same as for
NTSC! That seems to be the origin of capturing problems.
When PAL60 is selected the driver keeps selecting NTSC
resolution sets which are unsuitable for PAL60 (it uses
PAL resolution with NTSC colour info).

Correction: Pal60 has the PAL resolution (NTSC scan lines plus
trailing garbage lines) together with the NTSC scanning
frequency.

PAL60 has NTSC resolution with PAL colour system.
