a set of tools is installed on tik42x/scratch/tos2/usr/bin
this is preliminary as the compilation of msp430libc requires some handcrafting (cannot be configured. i will try to fix this on a longer term basis as we merge to newer tools.
- need to make a transparent --prefix possible
- need to check if it compiles with gcc-3.4.6 default
