#18 Add jack port connection capabilities
The last few releases have removed the default Jack autoconnect ports feature, then introduced it again as an option under environmental control. This should be extended to have autoconnection with addition of specific ports. As such this is not auto connection, ie, the Jack ports are not autoselected but denoted explicitly and will give capabilities to have bristol assigned to selected outputs permanently or selectively.
Added some environment variables, BRISTOL_AUTO_LEFT, BRISTOL_AUTO_RIGHT and BRISTOL_AUTO_IN and when used in conjunction with BRISTOL_AUTOCONN will link them up when connecting to Jack.
