Here's the quick one. I'll give more detail later.
Install Tomcat 4.1.24 and MySQL.
Install the tournament.war file in Tomcat, follow the Tomcat documentation.
Follow the getting-started.html to set up the database.
Start it up, and register a user, create a group, add a pool, then invite others.
